Referral, Affiliate & Partner Program Terms

1. Programs covered

These terms apply to the customer referral program, referral-only sign-ups, affiliate program, sales partner and closer programs, partner program, and clipper and influencer content program. Rates and fees for each program are shown in your program dashboard and the knowledge base and may be updated with notice; the rate in effect when a sale is made applies to that sale.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, and complete any tax forms we request (for example IRS Form W-9) before payout. Participants are independent contractors, not employees or agents of PURWTR, and may not make contracts on our behalf.

3. When rewards are earned and paid

Referral credits, affiliate and partner commissions and other program rewards are earned only when the referred customer's installation is completed and signed off, any cancellation period has passed, and payment has been received. Sales closers receive a first payment when the sale is made and paid and the remainder at installation completion.

Rewards are reversed if an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent. Referral credits have no cash value except as stated in the program description. [TBD: payout schedule, minimums and method.]

4. Lead fees and platform fees

Where a program charges a monthly platform fee or lead fee, the amount is shown before you agree and is billed to your payment method on file. [TBD: refund policy for purchased leads.]

5. Clipper view-based payouts

Views are counted from the platform's reported data for approved clips. Artificial, purchased or bot views are not counted and may lead to removal. Minimum view thresholds and payout minimums are shown in your dashboard.

6. Endorsements and disclosure (FTC)

If you post about PURWTR and earn any reward, free product or commission, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in each post — for example "#ad" or "PURWTR paid me for this," placed where viewers will see it, and said aloud in video. Share only your honest opinion and real experience. Do not make health, contaminant-removal or certification claims, or claims we have not approved. We may monitor posts and withhold rewards for non-compliant content.

7. Marketing rules

Follow anti-spam and telemarketing laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Do Not Call). No unsolicited texts or autodialed calls, no paid search on PURWTR brand terms without permission, no impersonating PURWTR, and use only approved brand assets from your dashboard.

8. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Earned, unreversed rewards for qualifying sales completed before termination will be paid unless termination is for fraud or breach.
